Technicians may be required to work under supervision and are expected to work long hours with frequent standing and moving. Working hours may sometimes extend to weekends and/or holidays based on customer requests.
Performs administrative duties for management. Responsibilities may include receiving customer inquiries and sales calls; managing calendars and technician work schedules; preparing reports and financial data; and customer relations.
